Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited on CloudBalkan’s services:

1. Illegal activities: Use of our services for any illegal or criminal activity is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to hacking, spreading malware, phishing, and distribution of illegal content.
2. Spamming: Use of our services to send unsolicited emails or other forms of spam is not allowed.
3. Intellectual property violations: Use of our services to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to the unauthorized use of copyrighted material, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents.
4. Network abuse: Any activity that disrupts or degrades the performance of our network or other customers’ services is not allowed. This includes but is not limited to DoS/DDoS attacks, port scanning, and network probing.
5. Resource abuse: Any activity that consumes excessive resources or degrades the performance of our services is not allowed. This includes but is not limited to CPU, RAM, disk, and network bandwidth usage.
6. Phishing: Use of our services to host phishing websites or other forms of online fraud is strictly prohibited.
7. Adult content: Hosting of adult or sexually explicit content is not allowed on our services.

Consequences of AUP Violations: Any violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account, as well as legal action if deemed necessary. CloudBalkan reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP and take appropriate action.

Reporting AUP Violations: If you suspect that any customer of CloudBalkan is violating this AUP, please report it to our abuse department immediately.

Modification of AUP: CloudBalkan (operated by StandByte EOOD) reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time without notice. Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing this AUP to ensure that their use of our services complies with the latest version of this policy.
